Do you accept vision insurance?
Yes, our Opti-W clinics accept most private insurance plans. Depending on your coverage, a portion of eye exams, glasses or contact lenses may be reimbursed.
Can I use my insurance for an eye exam?
Do you offer direct billing to insurance companies?
Direct billing may be available with some insurers. If this service is not available for your plan, we will provide you with a detailed receipt so you can submit your claim easily.

How do I submit an insurance claim?
After your visit, we'll give you a detailed invoice with all the information you need to submit your claim to your insurer. Most insurers also allow you to submit your claim online.

Yes, many vision insurance plans cover part of the cost of prescription glasses or contact lenses. The amount and frequency of reimbursement depend on your insurance plan.
