Do you accept vision insurance?

Yes, our Opti-W clinics accept most private insurance plans. Depending on your coverage, a portion of eye exams, glasses or contact lenses may be reimbursed.

Simply bring your insurance card to your appointment. Our staff will verify your coverage and submit claims directly to your provider. You'll only need to pay any applicable deductibles or out-of-pocket expenses.

Direct billing may be available with some insurers. If this service is not available for your plan, we will provide you with a detailed receipt so you can submit your claim easily.
